(October 6, 2022, 12:30 pm)My elderly dad wanted to replace the batteries for his lantern and number large flashlights. Quan was very respectful and patient as he explained the options and technical details to my dad. Then Quan offered a discount as my dad was buying so many of the large (6V) battery packs. Very happy shopping experience and we all learned something!

(September 17, 2022, 7:46 am)Outstanding customer service, very helpful and knowledgeable about the products! Better price points than the "Auto Parts Stores" which wasn't expected! Selection was better too! I know the name says Batteries but I think special batteries and didn't think about vehicle batteries. Once I walked in I realized they have more that 90% of the places I think of for car, truck, ATV, motorcycle, lawn and farm equipment batteries!!!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! -
