Cupp My Plumber, did an amazing and professional job redoing a drain line from a shower I installed! The tech Seth Combs definitely knew what he was doing! Seth was able to troubleshoot the faulty drain in a cpl hours and my shower works perfectly! Lastly, the price was GREAT compared to the other quotes I received. I hired Cupp My Plumber to run a new natural gas line out to my grill. Aaron came out for the estimate and Jim came out for the job. They're both very friendly and easy to get along with. No corners were cut and everything looks very well done. I'm pleasantly surprised! I'll be hiring them again and recommending them to neighbors, friends, and family.

As for the work they perform, Jim has been awesome. His overall knowledge of plumbing is appreciated. All very clean and efficient work.
Amongst the immediate work he was performing, he made some modifications to the old galvanized pipes he was connecting to in order to make things better. He exhibited some above and beyond moves.
And in my eyes just as important, he is personable. Felt like a friend from way back the first time he arrived.

This is the second time we have used Cupp My Plumber. Honestly, there is no reason I will ever choose a different plumber. They have always been incredibly responsive, and communicate when they are arriving. Erica came out for our second visit, and she was professional and honest. She troubleshot our issue, and fixed it with ease. She truly went above and beyond, by even making sure additional issues didn't arise, by tightening some nuts under our sink, unrelated to the issue she came for. If you need a reputable company, who is going to be honest, and is not going to hike up your bill, then THIS is the plumber you want.
