PULSE has been life changing for me! I went from working out a handful of times in my life and finding this class and LOVING it. I’m now down 35 pounds and love working out, not just here. It truly jump started my fitness journey and keeps me going strong. The dances are fun and easy to keep up with. You don’t need to be a dance expert or super fit person to keep up either. Totally makes a burner hour workout fly by!
Pulse Fitness is one of the most amazing places, not only is it a fantastic workout, the entire Pulse family is welcoming, supportive and kind. I have felt welcome from the first time I attended a class in 2018. I have found so many awesome people through Pulse and formed friendships that keep me coming back every week. Katie is one of the most kind-hearted and wonderful people that I know and those traits shine through in each and every workout. Come to Pulse, you will NOT regret it. Your body will be sore but your cup will always be full when you leave. I can't imagine my life without my Pulse fit-fam!! Personally, Pulse workouts have helped me lose 50+ lbs!
Katie brings all the energy and truly cares about the people at Pulse inside and outside the class! She is always encouraging! This class provides you with an amazing dance-filled HIIT workout that'll leave you feeling so good. I also love that it is a total judgment free zone and I’ve made new friends along with taking care of my body!
Pulse Fitness is THE best workout! Katie is a phenomenal instructor! The environment is inviting and friendly. It is honestly a workout I look forward to going to!!
Katie is an incredible fitness instructor and role model. I started going to Pulse Fitness, HC about 3 years ago and rarely miss a class now. Down over 30lbs since first starting. It’s an awesome workout and so much fun!!!
