“As I read all the other reviews, a few comments said they were understaffed, but those comments were years old. One comment said overpriced. What did you expect? As for my own experience, I had lost a copy of a document I needed to get to my probation officer, this was maybe a month ago. I had it emailed to me on the road, and I was able to print it from their computers. I've only used FedEx self-service twice before, so I asked for an access card to the in-house printers. The whole trip took me *maybe* 10 minutes, and I was back on my way. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful, and if I needed another service I would use this office. (My other favorite is downtown, Indianapolis.)”

“My short review is "These guys are good - use 'em!" My long review is . . . As an architect, I've worked with dozens of contractors on hundreds of projects over several decades. More for Less is definitely in the top tier. They have the basics covered - They have great employees and motivated subcontractors and they deliver a high-quality finished product. They respect the fact that this is your home, and not just a construction site. Besides an unexpected level of attention to detail, one big thing that stood out on our project was a surprising lack of change orders. Our kitchen remodel project proved that this was definitely "not their first rodeo". Remodel projects are inherently challenging because you never know, for sure, what you'll find when you open up the walls (and we found a few). Plainfield Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling was able to anticipate many of them and build those costs into their initial bid. Our project was also a bit challenging because we wanted to blend a mid-century-modern vibe / design feel with both contemporary and retro materials and details in a 60-year-old tract home - it wasn't just new cabinets and granite counter tops. Being in the design field, I knew how to source the materials, but it took their team to put them all together. The other big thing that stood out was during the project close-out / punch list stage. There were several small issues (as there always are) that were most likely the result of miscommunication. Unlike many contractors, Plainfield Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling simply fixed the problems, with no discussion and no pushback. Bottom line, they made a stressful experience (especially for my wife) less stressful and were able deliver the custom kitchen that we really wanted.”
