I have been working with Dustin and his team on our last few investment property closings. We are based out of NY/California and we invest in properties in Indiana. Dustin and Victory Title have made our remote closing process incredibly streamlined and easy. He is very attentive to our needs and is very quick to respond to emails or calls. He has been more than willing to go above and beyond to satisfy all of our requests, no matter how strange! The pricing is more than reasonable, and you absolutely will get what you pay for. Some people overlook the quality of a title company as an important factor, but considering the volume of closings needed and constant need for a title company on our team, Victory Title is hands-down one of the best.
