(January 4, 2019, 3:02 pm)Dealing with car issues can be super stressful and having to put lots of trust into strangers is hard. So far I am super impressed with the FRIENDLINESS and reliabaility of the employees. I felt welcomed and although my car isn’t finished(yet), I have faith it will be at a reasonable cost that was quoted. I’d also like to add that being a Woman... they still treated me equally while being open and upfront with my issues.

(December 23, 2018, 12:12 pm)Had a flat tire on crazy US36, removed tire and got to Advance 4 minutes before closing. Not only did they spend time after closing to fix tire, the owner followed us back to put tire back on with cordless impact wrench so I did not have to use manual lug wrench in cold/dark weather. This experience exceeded expectation with immediate uplift in mood from the bottom. Really appreciate going above and beyond and would not hesitate to use Advance again.

(Just read my previous reviews...) Anna was great and service was super quick! If you're looking for a trustworthy and friendly spot to get your car worked on, I'd definitely check out Advance Automotive!
