A few weeks ago, I contacted Royal Construction to come out and take a look at my patio for a quote. Set up a time and date to come out but on that day they never reply or contact me. Few days ago I contacted them again to come out and do a project for my business. I set up a time and date with them along with my other sign company to complete installing my business sign. No show and no one return my phone call. I’m very disappointed on their customer service. I won’t recommend them anymore.

100% exceeded my expectations. They executed just as promised and quickly communicated any ‘findings’ (common when replacing an old roof that was poorly installed) and updates as the project unfolded. In my case, there were no surprise fees, which sent a strong message about the level of character and integrity Royal Construction operates by. Chris ran the project as if it was his own home, and the price was very competitive.
Also, Royal Construction did an excellent job working with my insurance company to guide the project in an honest and ethical way to get the coverage deserved.
Bottomline, after contacting, meeting and reviewing 9 different contractors there was no question Royal Construction was the best choice to meet all my criteria.
