  I have been a resident with Double Creek Flats for almost a year now. I have seen the community go through some major changes with construction, switching of management, and unfortunate events. I am one of many who experienced the confusion with those changing events. It was frustrating. As We all know, all things change and when they do it’s uncomfortable.
  There has been major growth so the pain was not in vain.
  We have an awesome team that has pulled through and listened to the concerns.
  Our community is growing and happy.
  When the Sun is up or even when it’s not you’ll see residents smiling, laughing enjoying the lap walk around the fountains. There are so many beautiful families and proud pet parents here. The scenery is therapeutic. We are located minutes from the Indianapolis Airport and noise is never an issue. During the summer you’ll meet your neighbors grilling, sunbathing or splashing in the pool. In conclusion communication goes a long way! I spoke and they heard me.
  Personally I love meeting people, speaking with the staff they’ve made progress in planning community events, Halloween 2018 they hosted a family event welcoming costumes and conversation. They had a photo booth to capture the memory ,music and light refreshments. I’m excited to see what’s next! Not just the office but maintenance as well, they are always friendly and knowledgeable. I had a concern with my unit, sent and email and they were there immediately Upon request.

  I enjoyed my time living here! Their system for retrieving packages that were delivered needed some improvement, but management always hunted them down for me eventually. The gym was your typical apartment gym, small room with minimal equipment but better than nothing. Prices were very reasonable, security was good, management was helpful. I enjoyed my time here and miss my nice little apartment!

  I loved this place from the day I laid eyes on it. The community is very clean, you never hear your neighbors (granted I live on the 3rd floor, but I have never seen nor even heard a peep from my neighbors). The staff is super friendly. They made sure I was moved in quickly and took care of my keys efficiently. The pool is very nice. People here are friendly and it’s a quiet, beautiful view at night. Love it!
