She always make sure I get the most repairs for my 2016 Hyundai Sonata under my budget! Now that’s excellent customer service!!!! They always making sure Im fully satisfied leaving the shop! I never feel cheated leaving, like other auto repair shops! Also the facility is very clean, bathrooms are clean, sitting area is cozy and they always have refreshments ! He asked me if I had been helped already and I told him that I was waiting on my car in the service department. He asked what I was driving and what year it was and how many miles. We got to talking he asked if he could get me the same payment per month and same loan terms would I consider buying a new vehicle. He came through on what he said he would get me. A really personable guy, very friendly and out going. No pressure whatsoever it was a conversation about a car not a sale at all. He went above and beyond to earn my business. Don't make much sense because they were always sold out of them and had to order them and ship them to my house. The brown gets dirty way to fast working in and around oil and grease.”
