Apple support told me I needed a new battery for my iphone, but after they wouldn't tell me how much that would cost and them insisting that I could "see for myself" that I needed a new battery using a feature my phone doesn't even have, it seemed sketchy and like they didn't know what they were talking about. Luckily I found this place! They confirmed in a few minutes that it was the battery and were able to replace it within two hours on the same day, for, as it turns out, half the price of what Apple would have charged (and no extra installation fee). My phone works great now. Thanks!”

It is kinda small and parking can be an issue when the other stores next to this place are open. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I've had a few times where I got the wrong order and didn't realize it until I was down the road. Probably my fault for not checking but the store should also verify the order is correct before handing it off to the customer.”

“Raceway Plaza has a few restaurants and shopping stores in itself that could make for a one stop and shop day. With in a few seconds you could be choosing between Wings Ect and Panera bread or McDonald's and any of the other typical fast food restaurants. Need your vitamins, don't worry, there are two vitamin Shoppes within and near the plaza.”

“While this place isn't bad, especially if you have a traditional pet, I own two bunnies and their "small pet" section is lacking. The tunnels are great for Guinea pigs or ferrets but not at all for rabbits. I have two Holland lops which are the smallest breed of rabbit and range from 3lbs for runts to 6lbs for false dwarves and none of those tunnels are good for them after their baby stages. They also carry pine shavings which are toxic for bunnies if not prepared right and none of the packaging details how these shavings are handled so we just steer clear. There are also many, and I do mean many, poor quality food and bedding choices for all small animals. There are some good ones but you have to know what you're doing and you can't go in blind the way you can with a more traditional cat or dog. This said, they're pretty good for a pet store. No pet store houses Betta fish properly but that's a pet store issue rather than this store specifically. They do have in house vet services for cats and dogs though I'd appreciate if an exotic were scheduled about once a week. So many people don't have a traditional pet and that would certainly help. They also have grooming services and we got pictures with Santa this year. So overall good but I had to dock a star for their small pets section. It's much better than some other stores but that doesn't mean a lot when other stores have nothing at all.”

Everyone was very helpful...and bought mattress and box in back. Very nice people to deal with. Deliveries couldn't have been better. contact you days in advance, follow up with phone calls...then an automated text when 10 minutes away. $ different deliveries ..and the drivers were very nice and helpful. Great experience!!”
