I also had knee surgery last year and completed physical therapy in half the recommended time because of the strength I had before my surgery. I have my own program written for my strengths and weaknesses and progresses at a pace that is appropriate for me. I love the atmosphere here and the confidence they help their clients build. Building strength and confidence in my children is important to me, and my children have even benefitted from their youth programs.
