I've worked here for a month. As long as you work hard and do your job, you are rewarded. If you like union policies but are not particularly thrilled about actually being unionized this is a great place to work. The Canadian sector is unionized and they keep our policies the same in case the company ever decides to go union. Anyway I love the job.
