The campus is clean, the food is tasty, the activities are engaging for both residents and family, and the clinical care is on point. I highly recommend Wellbrooke of Kokomo!

(November 15, 2017, 10:55 am)A bright cheery place without the smell of a nursing home/Rehab facility. Food is the reason for less than a 5. While nutritious it is very institutional in preparation. The Rehab staff is a 6, outstanding, simply outstanding. Grounds are pleasing and most if not all rooms have windows. There could be more outdoor space with shade. The staff quickly learns your name. Has to be the best place in town.
