My experience with Austin is five star. I found him to be one of the most helpful and concerned young men I've come across. He's clean cut, articulate and goes out of his way to assist others. I mentioned I was trying to bring a heavy object into my building and he said, "Oh, I'll stop by and help." He went out of his way to do so. Austin Ketcham is an outstanding young man with wonderful experience in finding homes for his buyers but being a great businessman when selling homes.
