“These guys are great! Excellent guidance on our initial phone call. Our AC was down, hottest days so far this year and they talked us through some typical maintenance items. When that didn't solve our problem, they were able to get us on their schedule, get out and get our unit back up and running. Our tech, Anthony, was courteous, helpful and professional. He got us fixed quickly and their bill was very reasonable. We highly recommend these guys if you have an HVAC needs!”

“I had Control Tech come out to diagnose an inoperative air conditioning unit. The tech came back with a long list of things that he said needed replaced. The total recommended repairs were over $5,000. I asked what could have caused the problem but the tech did not know. I asked if the $5,000 repair would fix the a/c and he said it was possible that more parts were needed on top of the original $5,000 quote. As I was weighing my options, the gentleman mentioned I would be better off to just replace the a/c with new equipment. Unfortunately, I had to make a separate appointment with another Control Tech employee for the new equipment quote. I went ahead and called Summers Heating and Cooling for a second opinion. Summers was quick to the appointment within an hour of calling. The tech came back with a quote of $2500 for an air compressor and a couple of other parts. I found the Summers technician to be quite confident and knowledgeable about the repairs recommended. I was thrilled to have my a/c fixed by Summers and at an even lower than what was originally quoted. I don't know if Control Tech was attempting to take advantage of me but they have lost a customer for life!”
