We called Kellie and their guys showed up about 30 minutes after hanging up. They fixed the clog in less than 20 minutes and charged a modest rate. I will always go to them first from here on out. I had some pretty large stains which he completely removed and their is zero resurfacing 6 weeks later, and the carpets still look and feel brand new when i walk on them!
