  My boyfriend and I have lived her almost 2 years and we couldn’t be happier! From the very start, the whole staff has been amazing! They are always willing to help in any situation, and know me by name! The neighborhood is very well kept by the awesome maintenance staff! They are always outside picking up trash, salting in the winter time, and plowing our sidewalks when needed! The maintenance staff is always on top of every maintenance call I have had! The floor plans are amazing! We live in a 1 bedroom, upgraded apartment and just LOVE it! The location of Summit Pointe is perfect! Very close to the highway, which can be hard to come by sometimes! But, My favorite amenity is the dog park. My fur babies love it! Overall, HIGHLY recommend this complex! You will not be disappointed!

  We have lived here for 2 weeks and we love it so far. The ladies in the front our so kind and helpful. Our neighbors are great and very kind. We live on a top floor and we have a few kids and our neighbors are very gracious with us!! So thankful for this great community so far!

  I have previously left a positive review and I don't see it anymore so here is another one. We have always been impressed by the maintenance here. We had a washer and dryer hookup we needed to get done, and they came on the same day and this was even on a Sunday. Also we recently had a broken faucet in the kitchen and maintenance was there the very next morning. The guy (sorry I forgot his name) who did it was lightning fast and courteous. I think the communication here is excellent. They always keep you up to date with flyers, notices and online posts. We have lived in many apartments before, and this one exceeds our expectations by far. The girls in the office are always super friendly and I love them . The neighbors have always been kind to us, and luckily the ones around us are family centered people so that is great for our kids. I also have very HIGH energy boys that need to get their wiggles out in the evening, so we take them to the park that is within the apartment complex. My only complaint would be that I wish the park had better lighting during evening hours. Otherwise everything is great!
