(June 28, 2019, 10:17 am)Heather and Joe were wonderful! Heather came to the house while we were updating to help suggest other ideas to help the house sell faster. There was constant communication and contact with both of them throughout the whole process. The house stayed on the market for all of 25 hours!! We went from listing to papers signed in 7 days! I realize that is faster then usual, but it just goes to show how good at this they are. Highly recommend!

If you want to work with good honest people that actually care about YOU and YOUR business look no further than Doc Real Estate. They will treat and advise you like your a family member. I have never dealt with more honest people in 26 years of business.

They are very attentive to detail and work very hard to make sure your needs are met. Also, they are very realistic and make sure you don't make any crazy decisions. They always look at what is in the best interest of YOU. Thanks again Heather for putting up with my "ranting" and being amazing at your job. :)
(July 23, 2018, 9:44 am)The team at Doc Real Estate is the absolute best! They really know and understand real estate. I've known lots of Realtors over the years and they are able to negotiate deals and pitfalls better than anyone I've known. I have bought and sold quite a few homes and Doc Real Estate has been the best guide through the process. Not only are they the best experts I know, they have the best support team for expertise outside of the Realtor arena. I wish I had been using them on all of my transactions!
