There is a shuttle service to the mall but I'm not into shopping like that so I waived the option. The service area is clean and comfortable. They also have coffee and cookies! I have purchased several Acura vehicles from them and recommend them to my friends. I do not have any thing that I can think of that may be improved! By the way, my visit was just for routine maintenance, but their sales staff is also good, I have known their Sales Manager for years and have recently gotten to know their General Manager too.
