All Climate Protection

We could not decide which construction company to go with in what We needed remodeled with our home. So many companies out there. You do not know who to trust. You do not know who is licensed , bonded , and insured. It’s a nightmare. The main reason we chose Mike and All Climate Protection. Is because Mike explained and informed us where we could save the most money. He did this by working with our insurance and getting them to cover what I had no idea they would. I also spoke with my agent. He explained that rates go up when you create the damage. Such as a bathtub over flowing. But storm damage. Rates go up as a whole figured nationwide with the company. Just depending on how much bad weather and the price of shingle fluctuating. So Mike and his friendly crew remodeled and replaced all new ( the wood part of the roof before the shingle part ) upgraded our shingle. That also have a lifetime warranty and Mike Lol said. Well you definitely have me for 5 years with a workmanship warranty. So anything wrong at all with what they remodeled he said just give him a call. I know they have been around this area for quit awhile. On yahoo I discovered the company was rated # 1 in Greenwood in the year 2014 I think it was. So well established family company if you ask me. Also added a skylight , new gutters , then the 3rd day. Instead of repairing the wall on the inside of our home that had water damage. Mike and the company ate the cost and knocked out the wall and remodeled to combine 2 rooms into one in which I’ve always wanted. We paid only $500 for the deductible. And to put a cherry on top. He came back 2 days after he received payment in full. And gave us a gift card for $500 to Bed Bath and Beyond. I feel I got to know Mike and a judge of his character. Spending 4 days with him and his crew. He still ate the cost. Mentioning that he was injured for 2 straight years. He cannot do near as much physically he said. But his crew sure can who I can tell he has a great relationship with. Therefore having to pay back a lot of debt in which he is starting to do. While being injured. So him explaining that to me and still not charging us the cost to take the inside wall down and remodel it. Says a lot. I’m certain we saved money. Shopping and getting 3 estimates. They were $2000 cheaper than the lowest price of 3 other companies. And how I know he knows his knowledge on construction. My husband was in the construction industry for 20 years before he retired. He felt comfortable and was not stressed at all after meeting Mike. He also explained very well the different brands of shingles. We went with Owens Corning but he did mention that it would be cheaper for us to go with IKO I think is the name. Also stating he believed IKO was a better shingle. With Owens Corning your paying for the name. So we paid little more for the name. Lol. Mike didn’t have to tell us that information..... They were professional , they cleaned up each day. They were quiet in our home. They wore cloth booties. I could go on and on. We know have a contractor for life. Summer time were planning on finally finishing our basement with Mike and his crew.

We recently contacted All Climate to do some repairs to our roof and gutters. They did a good job and in a timely manner within our budget. We recommend them should you have a repair need on your home.

I recently had All Climate out to do some work around my chimney where I had some water entering the roof causing damage to my ceiling. I called Mike via a referral from a neighbor after having another company tell me I need a whole new roof. Mike came out and assessed the problem and said all I needed was some flashing, a few pieces of wood, shingles, and paint. His crew was there when he said they would be with everything to complete the job. They completed the job promptly and professionally. I was amazed how they were able to blend in the new shingles with the old to the point you could not tell any work had been done. I would highly recommend All Climate based on their honestly and professionalism.

All Climate Protection replaced my roof and everything went well. Mike met with the insurance adjuster and they climbed up on the roof together to inspect the hail damage. He brought over shingle samples to help us make an informed choice. His crew was friendly and cleaned up when they were done.
