Dr. Sara is the best Chiropractor that I have been to! Her adjustments are always helpful in relieving my back and neck pain. She spends time with me to diagnose my ailments and in addition to her caring and gentle hands, she explains her processes and what is going on with my body in a way that I can understand. I was 6 months pregnant with my second child when I visited Dr. Sara. It hurt to walk, rolling over in bed was a nightmare, and standing for any amount of time was painful. I had not experienced any of this with my first pregnancy, and just assumed that it was due to my age that I was experiencing so much pain the second time around. I could tell an immediate difference the day after my first treatment and continued to see Dr. Sara throughout the remainder of my pregnancy and beyond. It was an amazing feeling be able to enjoy being pregnant instead of being in constant pain. I didn’t even realize that you could receive chiropractic care during pregnancy, and I am so glad I found out about it and tried it for myself. It truly made all the difference.
