“I'm not sure what everyone else is saying. We rented with these guys for a year, and although nobody's perfect we were okay with the service we received. With a little nudging, maintenance orders were always completed within 2-3 days at no charge to us. Yes, they can be a little hard to get a hold of sometimes, but give them two or three back-to-back phone calls and they respond pretty quick. Our kids thrashed the place, especially the walls and carpet, but we still got $300 back on our deposit (we didn't expect to get any back). Compared to some other landlords, these guys are just fine.”

“Guys were friendly but charged more for labor than advertised rates. Showed up at 8:50 was gone by 12:50 and charged $495 for labor. The bill was $5 over the quote but charged the quoted price but it seems like it should have been less seeing as he advertises $125 first hour and $85 hour after. I ended up paying $123.75 an hour. They did good work. I had a question after they left and he did return my call promptly. Would use again but would get clarity on labor cost first.”
