“I'm not sure what everyone else is saying. We rented with these guys for a year, and although nobody's perfect we were okay with the service we received. With a little nudging, maintenance orders were always completed within 2-3 days at no charge to us. Yes, they can be a little hard to get a hold of sometimes, but give them two or three back-to-back phone calls and they respond pretty quick. Our kids thrashed the place, especially the walls and carpet, but we still got $300 back on our deposit (we didn't expect to get any back). Compared to some other landlords, these guys are just fine.”

“We reached out to JSC because we had a roof leak. The owner came over and looked over everything and saw that we did indeed need a new roof. But we also had hail damage to the gutters, siding, and light fixtures. He worked with the insurance and mortgage company to make sure everything was done correctly. When we got our gutters replaced, he showed us why we were having issues with water pooling at a specific point in the yard. It turns out the builders put the downspout on the wrong part of the house. He insured it got moved to the correct location. Also, when his contractor forgot to take off part of the downspout, he sent him back without issue. Lastly, when we had the siding put on, they did a really good job. Almost too good! Inside, the paint/spackling in MANY places on that wall fell off where screws were holding up the drywall. He came over to assess the situation and said he would pay for someone to come out to fix it. It was fixed the next business day. Overall, we are very satisfied with the services provided, friendliness, and punctuality in completing the task. From start to finish, it took about 10 days because of weather. Excellent job. Excellent quality. Would recommend to friends and family. 10/10.”

“This was my first roof experience. Kent did a wonderful job at explaining the products and what all went into the job. I have construction experience and know what needs to be done to have happy customers. And it was very evident that Kent knew as well. There was minor damage to drywall around a skylight and Kent fixed it within a week. He also took the extra step to paint the inside of both skylights to insure they match. The roof looks great!
