(January 5, 2022, 7:55 am)No more often than I go in, they always remember me. At least they do a fine job of making me believe so. Even if it's a ruse, it is good service and personable. In a world full of customer no-service, this bank really pulls out all the stops to make you feel valuable.

(April 23, 2016, 11:38 am)Couldn't ask for better customer service from Cheryl. Our HSA was all messed up and we couldn't get it figured out over the phone. She spent 30 minutes with us getting the account straightened out. She was so kind and courteous, never made us feel rushed! If we had a Lake City Bank branch in our town I would definitely be their customer!
