Lakeland Villa Apartments

Working in the Property Management industry myself, I know quality and great customer service when it's there and when it's not. Melissa was knowledgeable and personable...Absolutely amazing person!! The maintenance team quickly responded to work orders with a friendly attitude. I couldn't ask for anything better in my 2 years of residency.

I lived here for about a year (2019-2020) and it was nothing but a positive experience! The garage is big, the unit was clean and updated, and the landlord, Sidney, was super nice. The grounds were kept (which was extremely nice since I had a bottom floor with patio). If I had to move back to Warsaw again short term, this is the place I'd go.

I needed a short-term lease and this was one of the few apartment complexes in Warsaw that allowed for that. Overall, I had a great experience working with the staff there.

I technically rented the apartment site unseen, but was pleased with how clean and well kept the apartment and the complex both were. There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but you have the option of bringing your own electrical ones, which worked great for me.

They were understanding and able to accommodate me moving in and out over a weekend when they were not in the office. Overall, I would recommend this place for both short-term and long term lease options.
