Bad news about our air-conditioning, but great service. Chris took to time to discuss replacement options, and not just what he has to offer. After installation there follow up on the install and adjustments made to make sure the HVAC system preformed as expected.
Chris thoroughly explained why our system failed, did not pressure us to purchase products or options which didn’t fit our needs, and was a pleasure to do business with. He and 2 other technicians replaced our furnace and central air in about 4 hours. The price was VERY good, and we would highly recommend Synergy Services.
Fantastic service as always. Chris is great — he quickly took care of the issues we were having and gave suggestions on how to avoid the problem in the future. Wish there was a way to rate him higher than 5 out of 5 stars!
Very impressed with Synergy Services. They installed a new furnace/AC for me. I felt it was very reasonably priced. The technicians were very polite , friendly, professional and clean. I really felt I could trust them and they did a fantastic job.
If three stars were truly average in people's perception, I'd give my experience a 4/5 stars. Experience with the professional was great. He diagnosed the problem quickly and showed me how to further remedy the problem if the solution he gave ended up not working up to my liking. The only reason I'd give it a 4/5 star review (Better than average but not perfect) is price. $89 service call charge (for non-emergency) and a $100/hr (one hour minimum), so $189 for about 20-30 mins of work seems a bit high. Not excessive and the job was done, so my experience definitely stayed above average, but still a bit high.
I also did not like that they asked for my review before sending the invoice. I held out until I got the final bill, but they sent me at least 2 if not a few more emails asking for a review before I got to see the final bill.
