“Integrity Plumbing was assigned to handle my plumbing claim through my HSA home warranty. They were not chosen by me. There were numerous communication mishaps during the claim process. It was possibly a little bit of both our faults. I became extremely angry with their female office manger, Deana. She knew I was not a happy camper. I called her later to apologize for raising my voice to her when I realized that there was still a problem. The average person would have not handled me as well as Deana did. All she really wanted and cared about was to take care of me, the customer, despite my anger. Therefore, she sent someone out again to make it right. It didn’t seem like they are out to put a financial detriment on the customer. It seemed like they really cared about the customer. Would I choose Integrity Plumbing if I was given a choice? It’s always good when you know you aren’t going to be able to finish the meal when it arrives. Overall tasty, and generous portions. “I visited here for the first time for lunch. Went with my wife and we absolutely loved the restaurant. It was very low-key and there were not a lot of people in there. Due to this, we were able to have a lot of conversations with the wait staff and felt like it was almost an individual dining experience. The drinks, the food, and the atmosphere was incredible. Plus they got every job done that we wanted. They were running just 15 minutes behind but courteously texted us to let us know... They recently came and installed a generator and it has been wonderful. It works like a charm and we never have to worry about power outages!
