Ritchie's Plumbing

We love Ritchie’s plumbing! We recently bought and sold homes and Clint did work for us at both houses. He is very trustworthy and honest. All our repairs have been top notch and we have partnered with Ritchie’s plumbing since our purchase for other plumbing upgrades we wanted. Clint is our go to guy for all plumbing needs.

Seemed Honest and cared about how they leave the customer. Don't seem like the type to screw you over. Only used them once but a great first impression.

*UPDATE*: Hired them back to install a water softener. They did an amazing job setting it up and it looks beautiful. Everything looks nice and organized. Easy to access. Nothing looks complicated with the setup either.

We called Ritchie’s after we began hearing a strange noise coming from the wall behind the fridge following the -8 degree weather. Knowing they were most definitely slammed from the negative temps, we were told it would take 5 days before they made it out but were incredibly grateful when they called 2 days later to ask if they could come the next day. We had shut our water off that whole time so we were very happy the repair would come sooner than expected.
Clint arrived and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was professional, automatically wore boot covers when he came in, he was timely, and when we showed him the issue he was immediately able to pinpoint the cause. He gave us options for the repair along with his professional opinion which I appreciated. When he made the repair, Clint had to cut a small hole in our wall but kept his workspace neat and tidy the entire time. Since we’ve had other plumbing issues in this house and discussed them with him, Clint did some investigating to make sure we weren’t running a high water pressure and then highlighted some plumbing mistakes our builder had made (in ‘94). He took time to answer all our questions thoroughly and made it easy to see that he’s a true expert in his trade.
We received the best quality service from Clint that anyone could ask for and I will be happy to recommend him to anyone for their plumbing issues. The last thing I’ll add is Clint did point out the age of our water heater and told us what to look out for whenever is began to die, so I will 100% call Ritchie’s whenever we decide to put a new one in.

We had a plumbing nightmare on our hands. This company is thorough, quick, fair, and efficient. Clint explains in detail how things should function, why they arent, and what needs to be done to get there. I've learned a lot of information on how sewer and plumbing work while he's been here. He has sure gone above and beyond for us, until the job was done. I have already passed his company information onto several people in the area, and will continue to use this company if we have any other issues. And he is a veteran - as a military family we always appreciate that.

My wife and I bought a house and within 48 hours of closing we had an issue with one of the toilets that flooded the upstairs and then went through the ceiling. We had several contractors come in to fix the damage and we had Clint redo the plumbing. He installed three new toilets, four sinks, a water softener, a dishwasher, and removed a walk-in shower and installed a bathtub with all new plumbing. Out of all the contractors we had come out Clint was only one two we didn't have back out multiple times. His recommendations for replacements were excellent; he explained what the low end models were and the issues we might have and also did the same for the high end. We are very happy with all the work he did and my wife won't let anyone else touch any of the plumbing inside our house.
