Mike is a great mechanic and very personable. He will always take the time to talk about the issues at hand and options available. He has a great staff of mechanics working for him he stays hands-on with so that even if he's not the one who did the work he knows what went on.
This is not the kind of mechanic who will try to sell you a muffler bearings or turn signal fluid. He will diagnose a problem, explain to you what it is, and tell you his recommendation along with what other options are available if you're on a tight budget.
