(May 13, 2023, 7:35 am)We went to shore fish. It was okay. It is mostly an area to pur your boat or kayak into the water near the dam.

Pay close attention to hunting seasons. They are confusing (especially youth seasons) and there are unannounced changes. You can be ticketed by DNR officers.
Nearby Nasby is slightly nicer overall.
