YMCA Camp Potawotami

Such a beautiful camp. Really well run. Small lake, air conditioned cabins, a tree-covered playground/common area. Horses, archery, high ropes, shooting activities. A gem to our community.

Our school took a field trip here for the day. I received really positive feedback from both parents and students. They had a variety of activities to choose from. It was a fun day for everyone involved.

My daughter LOVES YMCA Camp Potawotami! I was so concerned that she would be homesick her first year. However the staff did such a great job with her that when I camp to pick her up, she wanted to stay another week! She won't stop telling her friends about the amazing time she had there. Now all of her friends want to come too!

There's so much more than the typical "summer camp experience"!! Life long skills are developed, friendships made and of course endless amounts of fun that is all customized to each child's age and interests.

The staff is amazing, always engaged with the kids and truly adored by the kids. They even take the time to upload pictures DAILY so you can see everything your kids are up to.

Campers also have the opportunity to transistion into Counselors in training then Counselors themselves once they're of age.

Great place! Great staff! My kids love going to camp Potawotami every summer. The staff is amazing. Always adding new activities and new modern cabins. They spend alot of time on learning the principles of caring, respect, nature, etc.
