As a currrent technician for this company i can say 1st, none of these reviews are fake. My name is William and I've received nothing but good reviews personally. Sometimes, my boss Mr.Aj does fall behind due to the level of calls we receive and as a employee i apologize. What i can say is I personally take great pride in my work and treat every customer as a friend and their homes as if they were mine. Our prices are extremely cheap and we work until the job is done regardless of circumstances. If any of our work was not up to standards i apologize fully but i gotta be honest. My company is great at the same time it's some ppl that were not satisfied because they couldn't get free service be honest ppl. I would highly recommend this company even if i didn't work here but seeing how i am a part of this team you all can ask for me personally and I'll try my best to make sure the work is completed correctly, professionally, and in a timely manner. Again, i apologize to those we couldn't make happy.....
Professional, Thorough and affordable service. Changed out sticky valves that were soldered on to the pipes. They made it right and installed quarter turn valves on my kitchen sink pipes. The best out there. Highly recommended.
