We enlisted Joe's services about the same time Covid hit, and it was a somewhat risky time for big decisions. Unlike many sales people I have encountered, who are typically overeager to get your business and make a buck, he questioned us to be absolutely certain that we wanted to do this at this particular time. His honesty and sincerity won us over.

We liked his ideas about asking price, and how he explained this would work. Joe made a complicated process easier and a lot less confusing. As weeks went by, we could see that he really had his finger on the pulse of the market, and the adjustments and timing he suggested seemed reasonable. It appeared he knew what he was talking about and always seemed to know exactly what to do. When we had a showing, Joe thought of so many things that never occurred to us! We also appreciated that he supplied gloves and shoe coverings for viewers in this uncertain time. We liked getting immediate feedback on the showing. As a matter of fact, we appreciated Joe's communication as well as his availability at any time!

In the end, we closed on our home, for the price we had in mind, and on the same day as we closed on our new home! Couldn’t ask for better than that!
