  Staff was awesome, no long wait. In and out within 5-10 minutes. Very efficient, nice clean vehicles.

  Very helpful and their rates and the car are awesome. Been renting for two years now and I only have one problem. But it was taking care by management. Thanks to Joe and Ian for the service. Ask for Joe or Ian and you’ll be happy. I was very happy to rent with them. You won’t regret it. I recommend this place.

  Enterprise is the go-to agency for the frequent car rentals my wife and I make, and the local branch office in Hobart is a real peach. Branch-manager Ian Harris is passionate about good customer service, and always does a bang-up job of it for us. My wife, who does most of our driving, has special requirements for her comfort and safety; as soon as Ian knew them, he has never needed to be reminded: he stored them in the computer, under our account, for use by the staff. Very reassuring! Good advice always at hand for getting good deals, planning itineraries, and selecting the right rental options—all provided with a nice soft sell. Patient explanation of the operating features of unfamiliar vehicles available for the asking. Quick reply to our inquiries and to sorting out the occasional snafu; welcoming of feedback positive or negative; eager to make things right: who can ask for anything more than that? Doing business with Ian, I always feel that my satisfaction and my wife's is of seriously important to him. I've been in customer-service myself for many years, and I can see that Ian has set the bar very high for himself and for his team.

  I have always had a really wonderful experience with this enterprise location which is why I continue to return every time. They've always made the renting process fast, easy and ridiculously painless. My most recent rental experience was no exception. Ian, the Branch Manager, called ahead and made sure to talk me through all of my rental options and ensured I didn't have any questions before going in. Once I arrived, he quickly got me my vehicle and patiently walked me through the whole process again before sending me off with the assurance that they were there for any questions or concerns once I left. Having been to other Enterprises in the area, the Hobart location is the best by far! Big thanks to Ian and the team for being so amazing time after time!
