My wife and I were very stressed out about renting (and driving!) a one-way cargo van from Milwaukee to Phoenix.

Lucky for us, David, Zack and Brooke at the Carmen Ave (MKE) Penske did a wonderful job of putting us at ease, answering all of our questions and getting us on the road. Several tiny glitches were immediately cleared up, even when were out of state!

And...the drop-off in AZ went smoothly, too!
10 minutes later, our Uber driver picked us up and we were on our way to the airport.
