Kitchen Remodeling Sherman Oaks

LA Home Contractor removed one of our walls to make a beautifully designed shelf. They also completely remodeled our kitchen. Our kitchen before was tacky, ugly, and old looking. Their design was modern and chic. We get compliments on the shelf basically every time that someone comes over. And the kitchen! It completely changed the vibe of the whole house. We’re waiting for after the holidays to work on more projects with them

I hired LA Home Contractor to help remodel my parents’ master bathroom. I got a lot of estimates from different companies in the valley, but ultimately went with them because of their price. I also really liked James, the person who came to do the estimate. My parents were impressed with how quickly the bathroom was done and none of us had complaints after the work was done. We’re already talking to them to remodel my cousin’s kitchen. Everyone who works here is nice, even the girl who we first spoke with on the phone.

I've been searching for a reliable, honest, contractor for years. Seems 80% of these guys are great at tearing stuff down and taking money but never finishing the job. Asher and his team BLEW ME AWAY. Seriously, my wife and I could not have been more happy with the work and the professional communication we received. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

We've done major renovations in the past and have been "swindled" by guys cutting corners and nickel and diming me along the way. I was overly cautious this time when interviewing contractors. I interviewed 5 or 6 people this time. I got Asher's name from my Real Estate agent. After speaking with some recent clients of his and walking him through what I needed, I was sold.

I needed to gut the interior of our newly purchased 4BD/4BTH home. We needed new floors, new kitchen, new master bath, new powder room, new windows, doors and interior finishing on the fireplaces and a few other details. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, however Asher was extremely transparent on what was possible for my budget. Never pushy, never trying to upsell me on anything. Just very polite, knowledgable and supportive of my vision. They always went above and beyond. Adding little details and polishes just because they wanted everything to be perfect. Redoing things (as there will always be something that doesn't line up) was never an issue. They corrected any problems without issue. Taking responsibility and pride in their work.

I was very involved. constantly checking their work and asking questions. They never made me feel like I was pestering them. In fact they appreciated it. Better to call stuff out early, then to wait until it's too late and be unhappy. It got to a point where they could anticipate what I wanted and my standards and were showing me little extra's they added to surprise my wife and I. If we ever hit a snag, Asher, Francisco and I would brainstorm a solution together. Always mindful of the budget and communicative if we were going above what we agreed upon.

It was the ideal experience for this type of work that you can not DIY. You need experts and these guys are nothing short of it.

I had a good experience with LA Home contractor. They did my roofing at a decent rate. Gumaro kept me posted on the progress and was always available to answer any questions I had with the work.
