  This hotel is beautiful the staff very professional and accommodating. The decorum absolutely inviting and eye catching. Virginia Gordon was extremely helpful and I appreciate her professionalism along with Mimi.

  Total gem. When I’m in this area for work, this I the only place I’ll go. I recommend it for anyone who doesn’t want to take their chances staying in the south end of Chicago.

  One of the the best hotels I've been too. Breakfast amazing. Breakfast staff were so nice. Loved our stay.

  To be completely honest, I've had better stays at this location. The hotel itself is still in great shape, fairly new still, and definitely well maintained. The breakfast is pretty decent and the nightly rate is reasonable. During this stay, however, I ran into a couple of issues that I had never experienced in previous stays. First, the wifi was not able to stay reliably connected. Second, while housekeeping did a good job of making sure the room clean, it did not feel like a full service cleaning as they removed dirty towels without providing replacements and they didn't provide replacement soaps/shampoos. Despite my two minor concerns, I still had a pleasant stay, and the staff is always friendly and helpful here, so I'll continue to recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.
