“Today is labor day and last night my car overheated. This morning I got up early to take my car to the usual spot I use, it was closed of course so I called around to every shop that popped up on Google near me and no one was open. Then I called Perez, he answered the phone and asked me to describe what my car was doing then told me to bring it in and he'd meet me there in 20 min. After doing diagnosis he found it was my radiator and said he could fix it today I was appreciative. Come to find out he was only coming up here to pick up his meds he'd left at the shop and when I called he decided to help me out even though he wasn't going to be open today.NOW THATS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! “They are pretty good. I recommend that you watch during your installation if you get anything other than a replacement. I was getting snow tires put on and they were discarding the ones on my vehicle. I mentioned that I was keeping them to one of the techs and they had to go back and retrieve them. So, just keep an eye on them if your are swapping sets of tires. Otherwise, they have the usual down with no issue.”

My radiator went out on my dually and I called them and they fixed the issue's that I had and let me know on my hauler things that needed fixed. Safety is there model and they make sure its fixed right so I won't have to come back. Unless something else might happen along the way. While on the road working.
