I want the whole world to know that the care she receives is the greatest! It started with the welcoming of Shirley, and has just continued with the nurses and staff. Michelle and Paige have been outstanding to my Mother. There are just not enough words to express my/our appreciation. My Mother's life has been enriched due to workers at Colonial. This year has been so terrible and hard for everyone.But because we can not get in to hug and kiss and be with Mother, this has been just like a bad dream up can't wake up from. Because of so many caring, loving and kind people at Colonial, we have felt confident our Mother is being well cared for. The staff of Colonial are truly a family, and they treat the residents and their families in the same way. I have never seen a facility where all the staff join in and help the residents with their needs. That includes all administrative positions. It just does not get any better than that. “I’ve been going to Dr. Sim for over 10 years now, and this was my first appointment at their new facility. I have loved seeing their practice grow, and their efficiency is always top notch. This facility is beautiful, and the people are incredibly friendly and helpful. I feel like my dental health is always a priority, and Dr. Sim never pushes unnecessary dental work. One time I ever cracked my tooth in half. Instead of suggesting I get a cap, he was able to create a filling to replace my missing tooth. I trust any of his recommendations without a doubt.”

“This is my favorite branch for their selection, even though there are two others closer to me. I took off a star, because one of the last times I went shopping the cashier was wearing her mask on her chin only. She was standing right next to a sign that said masks must be worn at all times, while she processed the customer in front of me (who had a cart filled of items) and then myself with her nose and mouth exposed. I wanted to take a picture. It was aggravating and hilarious at the same time.”

“Dr. Ha is the best pediatrician in NWI. I chose her based on her background history and knowledge of specific medical conditions. She knew immediately what infantile spasms were and the exact treatment for it. Most doctors misdiagnose this condition, creating a downward spiral for the child. Needless to say, our experience with her over the last 4 years has been impeccable. She is proactive in treatments, yet does not force her medical agenda on us. Our family has been allowed to choose our plan of care with no judgment. I highly recommend Dr. Ha to everyone looking for a pediatrician. She is patient & caring and takes the time to listen. She also remembers our discussions even after a great length of time has passed.”
