I live out of town but I work in Anderson. I was referred to Ralph's Auto Service when I first started working in Anderson back in 2011 & have been a customer every since. They are honest & good people! Their customer service is top notch & they make you feel like a part of their family ♥

Ralph's was amazing! I hit a pothole and my wheel was rubbing against something and making a squeaking noise. I went to Ralph's because they were closest to me, but they quickly hammered out the issue and didn't even charge me for their time!! I am so appreciative of their attentiveness and generosity!
I love Ralph and Ms. Arlene and the rest of his employees. My dad has been dealing with Ralph for years and I have been driving since I was 18 so I have been dealing with Ralph for 22 years. Everyone there is so nice and sweet. They have always treated me good and on top of that they do some AMAZING work. One thing I love about Ralph is that he's always honest and upfront about everything. He will not charge you extra it say something is wrong with your car when it's really not just to get money from out of you. There is so much I could say about this place but I would be all day. Just know that if you allow them to take care of your auto repair needs, you're in excellent hands and you're getting superb service!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
My family has been taking our autos here for years. They are honest and provide friendly and great service at a fair price. There are many shops closer to me, but Ralph's is worth the drive across town.
