Soilis has the absolute best service! I called outside the normal office hours, Jill picked up immediately, got all the information needed, and my claim was all taken care of. They really make the process easy and less stressful.

We experienced a collision with a deer on the interstate, which left our vehicle non-drivable. Was able to speak directly to Jill (this was outside of office hours on a Sunday afternoon), and she gave us direction on our next steps. The claim process from start to finish ran so smoothly, and with the best customer service we’ve ever experienced from an insurance company. We had recently switched to Solis from an agency we had been insured at for 30 years. Absolutely no regrets! Nothing compares to having a knowledgeable, professional, and caring agent that shows up!
