(September 3, 2018, 6:04 pm)Indiana Flooring installed a laminate floor for us about a year and a half ago, and a manufacturer's flaw developed this summer. Indiana Flooring didn't merely replace the defective boards, they replaced the entire floor with a more expensive product, at no charge to us. Customer service at its best!
