(August 3, 2019, 1:16 pm)Awesome team! Since it's a smaller business than something like LensProToGo, their support is so much better. One time I called the number, said my name, and they knew what I'd ordered before I could remember. I asked if I could have ND filters added to the order. Barry said "I'll have to check if we have them currently, but one way or another, they'll be in the kit when your rental arrives." You can email them any time of day and they'll get back to you as soon as possible. Their pricing is also comparable to those larger rental facilities.
(April 14, 2019, 4:08 pm)I'm on my last day of my rental (hold your tears!) and I can certainly say that this experience renting a lens for the first time was seamless! This is perfect if you are like me and want to try a lens before you make the investment. I originally made a mistake when I initially ordered, but emailed the company and within 15 minutes someone called and helped me correct it! I received the lens the day I picked to receive it. The lens itself worked perfectly! The instructions are very clear on how the process works and how the lens is to be returned. I will definitely rent from this company again in the future!

(December 22, 2017, 11:37 am)This was one of the best online buying experiences I've had. The entire process was very clear and easy to follow, all the way from purchasing to sending the equipment back.
On that, my photo shoot got postponed, and when I called Camera Lens Rentals, they went above and beyond to work with me and make sure I was still able to complete the work at the later date.
Oh, and one more thing, the equipment worked perfectly.
(May 29, 2016, 8:36 am)On short notice I was asked to take pictures for a graduation ceremony. I called them up on a Friday and they were willing to stay late so I could pick up the lens. Great price, quality and service. Being able to drop everything off at a UPS store when you are done is wonderful. They do a great job communicating and reminding you of your return dates as well. Will use again.
