“Excellent customer service!!! I purchased two items in two different sizes in the airport shop and didn't realize until I was in transit. The shop was closed on my late return and I live a ways from the airport, but Robyn and Heather worked with me to not only exchange the size but color as well. Since the shop is after security checkpoint this had to be coordinated as Robyn had to meet me outside security. Also, the selection of items is beautiful and I highly recommend shopping there!”

“The food and service is phenomenal, however I would advise against ordering anything with a bun. There is a rodent issue in the airport and unfortunately they are unwilling to find a suitable storage space for Chic Fil A buns, so mice keep getting into them. Just an FYI.”

“Small, comfortable, not crowded on this visit. Staff much friendlier than last visit, when front desk hostess seemed more interested in watching Fox news than doing her job. Nosh menu not quite as extensive as larger hub lounges, but still surprisingly comparable. Again, much improved over previous visit last year.”

“It's just a good decision to eat here. My Hostess, Chin, was such a sweetheart. She greeted me as soon as I walked through the entrance, and never stopped entertaining with conversation. Similarly, I noticed the other waitresses greeting each customer upon arrival. The food-to-table time was what you'd expect from freshly-cooked grill items - and it did not disappoint! Bottom line: Great food, great service.”

“I gave this 5 stars because it was really good. I like the hot dogs. I did not think I would like it because at first I thought they were made out of dogs. But the truth is they assured me no dogs were ever put into their products. That made me feel a lot better about my decision to eat there. I was still going to try it even if it was dogs but not if it was made out of shih tzus. I have a shitzu and that would have just made me sad.”
