  I love visiting the folks at Best in Sight Eye Care. They are all super nice and helpful. I take forever picking out new frames and they are very patient and give good feedback. Dr. Rich is also friendly and remembers details from one appt to the next. I’ve been going here a long time and knownim getting good care.

  I went to Best In Sight Eye Care after going to VisionWorks. I have used VisionWorks for a few years now and always left that places feeling like I was taken advantage of. I have been to three different VisionWorks Locations one in fishers Indiana, Castleton Square mall, and Washington Street. At all three locations I always left felling like I stated above.
  My Wife and I have Different vision plans from our work . One being a percentage plan and one is not. VisionWorks took both my insurance cards and ran my Wife’s percentage plain. Told me my Plains system was down. If i get glasses today it would have to be through her plain. Both plains cover the eye exam so I could get that done if I wanted to wait a week or two for my Works system to come back on line.
  After my exam was over at VisionWorks they asked me to pick out a pair of frames That I liked so they could have them on record for when I came back to get my glasses under my plain. Finding two different pairs I liked but not in the color I was looking for. I asked if they came in different colors they said yes that they where sure they did and they would have to look them up for me to see. Immediately the person turns and starts helping someone else.
  I left the East Washington Street VisionWorks feeling unsatisfied and used.!
  I drove to Best In Sight in New Palestine, walked in with out a appointment explained to them my experience that I just had with Visionworks and asked them to run my insurance to see if the people at VisionWorks was telling me the truth. My Insurance was ran and approved in less than two minutes, confirming to me that VisionWorks didn’t even run my insurance in the first place. Trying to make more money off of my wife’s plan instead of saving me money with my Plan. At this point I’m questioning everything about what VisionWorks did exam and all! Good thing two because after completing the second eye exam of the day with Best In Sight this time I find out that even the prescription from the exam at Visionworks was wrong.
  From the time I stepped into the door at Best In Sight I was treated like a person and not a sales percentage point !
  The people at Best In Sight even helped me pick out a Frame brand that my insurance company endorses even saving me more money!
  Best In Sight in New Palestine Indiana has my Business for myself and my family from now on!!

  I've been going to Best In Sight for the past 5 years and they are awesome! Super friendly staff. Very prompt, and of course the optometrists are very friendly and knowledgeable. I actually look forward to my visits with them. Highly recommend!!

  I absolutely LOVE the staff at this office. From the moment I walk in the door I am greeted by amazing people. They are kind and caring. I had such a great time picking out new frames with the girls! It was like a fashion show. They are down to earth and always give their honest opinion. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment.
