“Today October 9th, I had a routine service cleaning of my furnace. Mark T (Tech) was the gentleman who came out and performed the service. First I want to commend him for being on time as promise. Secondly, I want to commend him for his professionalism. He was very friendly, courteous, and respectful. Thirdly, Mark T went above and beyond the call of duty. I had a total hip replacement surgery 4 weeks ago and was able to get down on my knees to light my gas furnace fireplace. I shared that with Mark and he offered to light it for me. Even though that’s not what he was here for, yet he took the time to light my fireplace. In my opinion, that is professionalism at its best. Mark T exemplifies what customers services is all about. “I first found Perfect Stitch when helping my friend find a place to do alterations on her wedding dress. Melissa did a wonderful job on her dress and was affordable. I brought two bridesmaid dresses there to have altered for weddings I was in and received great service each time. After I got engaged and found my perfect dress, I know exactly who to take it too! I got my dress on a sample sale so it needed a little more work. Melissa did such an amazing job. She is clearly very experienced and made the best suggestions as well as being affordable (important for a bride on a budget!). I had fun every time I went in for a fitting. You cannot ask for a better or more trustworthy place to take care of you and your dream dress. Highly recommend!”
