“We had them out a week ago to replace our 55 year old boiler. They did a wonderful job and came in on the lower mid range of what I researched to be the “average cost” of this work for the equipment we had installed. And did a great job at that. Friendly and professional team. Got out here quickly to do the work and hit the estimate right on to the penny. Here we are a week later and our upstairs was not keeping up with the thermostat. So I called them and they were out here within a few hours. Found our issue was that I was running our blower fan constantly and that was sucking our upstairs heat right into the cold attic. Our HVAC at this old house is quite unique and complex and the details aren’t needed about that. What does need to be said is that they didn’t charge me a service call, which they legitimately could have, and the technician wouldn’t even entertain the idea of me giving him $20 for wasting his time. This company is clearly here for their customers and potential customers first and foremost. Always shop around, because that’s what I did, but I have to say, I think you need to shop no further. Thank you!”
