After a terrible experience and exchange of words at the Indy Smoke Time across the street I was relieved to be greeted by great customer service from Santi and exactly the product I needed over at Vapes N Things

My girlfriend and I came last week for vape juice and other products and Charlie was the most amazing representative we have encountered at a vape store. Super friendly, treated us like family, and has great knowledge of the stores products. Vape N Things definitely hired the right person. Looking to shop here for all our vaping needs.

Every time I go into this location, there are such amazing vibes. Santi is so knowledgeable on all of the products and has the most welcoming personality. I plan to make this my go to shop!

I had a manufacturer defect with a battery I had purchased here. They replaced it on the spot rather than making me go through the hassle with the warranty. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, Charlie was fantastic. I fully recommend stopping by.
