As a person new to Maryland's med marijuana program, I was overwhelmed with the choices. Eric was patient,informative and very personable. While I still have much to learn in the new world of so many products, the folks at Ethos make it very easier. They also have curb side pickup which is very convenient. Lastly, they offer a "wisdom" discount for those of us with experience. It was very respectful to have them use the wisdom label instead of "senior" discount. I mention this not only because it was a very sensitive way to describe a discount based upon age, but it is also indicative of the kind of customer service you will experience with Ethos. I will be a repeat customer for all these reasons and more.

Since most dispensaries tend to have very similar products, choices really come down to customer service.

I had a small issue with a recent order, and darn it if they did not help me out and take care of it very quickly!

This was my first time to Ethos and I was very please with the experience. Simmi was an excellent service rep who knew his products and most importantly the effects that buds and vapes would potentially have on me. It was refreshing to have quality customer service. Highly recommended.
