Called about passport photos, looking for someone (literally anyone!) to help me get the correct sized photos for my German passport. While they weren’t able to assist me, the person who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable AND recommended a place that DID do non-American passport sizes (Roberts Camera/Photo Lab, btw). Seriously... I’d been searching for weeks. Grade A customer service. ❤️ THANK YOU!
I had some issues using Western Union at this location, and I must say I am extremely impressed by the way Andrew, the store's manager, handled the situation. The reason I am so impressed, is because he was willing to explain to me exactly what was going on, and then give me advice on how we could resolve the issue.
I had a similar issue at the same location and dealt with another associate last week. She was not nearly as helpful and she was borderline rude. I felt she handled the situation very unprofessionally. This particular associate (I will not put her name out there) rudely told me I could not use a paper ID from the BMV that was a copy. I understand this, and could have easily went home and gotten the original. I feel like this interaction was unprofessional because she was helping another customer in front of me, and speaking to me and I'm not so nice tone while I was in line waiting. I feel like this was disrespectful to both myself and the customer she was helping.
Thanks to Andrew however, my faith is 100% restored in the store and I will continue to use this Walgreens. These instances are a great example of why there are certain people who can be in management, and some people just cannot because of their poor social skills.

Love my pharmacists. Todd and Dawn. They know my name . Most techs are very helpful. Love the staff. They are friendly, polite and professional.
